Mural: Her Shakti Women’s Community Centre

A collaborative project that engaged Jaipur’s local community and children in painting a mural on the walls of the Her Shakti womens’ community centre, where Sanitree employ from disadvantaged backgrounds to make their reusable period pads. The mural aimed to reflect how strong and joyful female community is, whilst also highlighting Sanitree’s focus on sustainability. It was an amazing opportunity to get the local community and young people involved in arts-based learning, using the project as a chance for them to develop their creative confidence and self-expression.
